2. Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days from the delivery date.
• Exchanges are accepted for damaged items only.
• Change of mind is not eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchange only - no refunds.
• Return shipping fee will be shouldered by the buyer.
• Please provide a clear unboxing video upon receipt of your parcel to support any damage claims.

While we cannot guarantee expedited shipping, we’ll gladly try to arrange it for you via Lalamove or Grab delivery, shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

Estimated delivery times:
• Manila: 1–3 business days
• Provincial areas: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

5. Incorrect Shipping Address
Entered the wrong address? Please notify us immediately.
We can only update shipping details before your order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped to the original address, we’re unable to make changes or offer refunds.
